*Suicide's MMing Application* - GETTING PROOFS!

Hello, well I am 'Suicide' however some know me as other handles. I have been in the runescape scene for quite a while. I have been playing for maybe 3-4 years, but with times where I didn't play or I quit (for a few months before playing again). I have been scammed numerous times and I know that it is the worst feeling! I am usually around during the times of 4-11pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada). On weekends and on Fridays if I have nothing planned I will be around. Furthermore, on Mondays, and Wednesdays I should get back earlier more like 3ish.

I seem to think I am trustworthy and many other people do too. This is my first time trying to become a middle man (I am not going to lie), but I have sold many other things. I have also had successful trades with other items, not just runescape items.

5 ) Activate pin on account provided by buyer. 
6 ) Log in to account to make sure it works. If works I will give money to the seller.

8 ) I will tell both users the account details that they traded for.

If anyone knows 'XMeganX' (SELLER OF UBUNTU RUNE CRACKER) please tell her I need to talk to her. We were in a middle of a 22M trade for the cracker, I was the MM and then she disappeared.
