    also as a seller there i can say the take each dispute in a very detailed manner, ive had issues with some buyers, and they wont let me win the dispute eventhough i have all the evidence for 1-2months, they will ask the buyer multiple times, they arent favorable towards revenue of 1 of the sides, meaning: u bring us money, u will win the dispute. They are actually detailed

    Hey there, @crazypipe. Thank you for saying that, I really appreciate it.

    It's true, we mediate on our cases based on facts and we never ever lean in favor of who brings us the money. It is our notion that if we do our job right and mediate as fairly as we can, then the business side of things will happen naturally. Our roster has seen a few changes over the years; To state an example, our Sythe representative here has shifted from Jacob, to Mario, and now to me, Richard, and well all carry that notion while continuing to improve on what we can. We have to thank Sythe for that as well because our stay here has allowed us to grow and learn.

    Maaaaaan I sound like I'm doing PR but I can assure you I'm speaking off the top of my head haha.

    In any case, thanks again for the positive reinforcement. Message me anytime if I can do anything for you. :D

    Ive been using pa since 2011, eventhough im paying 12-20% fee( u should reduce that for powerleveling, or lower the powerleveling slot deposit fee or remove it after 10 slots for sellers with revenue over x amount/month) i do most of my business with you guys. Its strange when i have to buy 50 slots for 3500$ to have 50 orders active and then have to refund it etc when i dont

    =/ sad to hear, paying for ur membership with a card can help when u buy an account, because the ppl who sell accounts normally use a bond, so now u have 1 more info in your recovery arsenal

    Hello, what time to you guys usually call customers? It's been over a month and I don't see payment on 2 sales anytime soon. No live chat anymore and you guys take days to respond to an email. Don't recall pa being this bad in the past but I havn't sold an account in awhile.

    Hey there, Mage. Were you able to check the PM I sent you?

    Regarding your payments, the reason why you didn't get them is because your PayPal needs to be verified and/or authenticated. Once you're able to do that, PM me here and I'll release your payments right away. So sorry for this hassle.

    In case you want your payment option changed, I gave the instructions on my PM, however, do note that 1) this takes additional time, as it requires 1-2 business days for the payment option to be changed once the request is processed and 2) you need to include ALL order IDs in that email request that needs payment --- this means all order IDs attached to the old payment option will be moved to the new one.

    Let me know how you'd like to move forward. If your current payment option is verified and has no issues, I suggest you continue using that so your payment can be released on it once verified, as changing that payment option takes more time.

    Yes I did that including both IDs, just seems like its taking a very long time. I sent the email 3 business days ago and the only response I have is someone will call me eventually.

    Thank you, but may I ask why you guys removed live chat? I feel my issue could have been fixed in 10 minutes instead of waiting 4-6 days in between emails. I know it takes time but I'm pretty sure my payment switch hasn't even been sent to be processed and that's another 2 days.

    Really sorry about that, Mage. There are many reasons, but the foremost is that we need to document all customer cases, and Zendesk does that for us. The live customer support doesn't really allow us that due to database reasons that I can't even begin to explain. Since customer cases are now documented properly, we are able to go back to cases and concerns from before should we need to rely on them for assessment (example, if a user is possibly scamming people).

    In any case, my sincere apologies for that. Rest assured, I'll do my best to get back to you guys with your concerns here in Sythe.

    48 hours and still not even a response about my payment option being moved foreword. I know there is only so much you can do as a forum rep, but I'm honestly very close to just recovering both my accounts at this point. I can understand things take time but you're customer service response time is abysmal and I feel like this is ridiculous. If my orders aren't pushed forward by closing hours today I'm going to send recovery requests. Order Ids 2986273 and 2996312. Sorry for pushing it this far but I've waited over a month for payment and over a week trying to get my issue resolved. I wouldn't like to recover as I can see both of my accounts are being played on daily.
