Heros' "Skilling" AKA Botting Service

I paid Heros 350m rs3 for 60 - 80 mining on my HCIM. He was not able to finish the order since he was sick - he only got me to level 68 mining. I got my money back for the experience he did not get and everything seemed fine. Some time later I try logging back in, which I can't since Heros has used a macro on my account. I have never used a client like osbuddy or anything that could've triggered the macrodetection, so I know that the only reason for my PERMANENT ban is Heros.

Now Heros is saying that he hired a worker, that he can't name or give out any info about, was the one who allegedly got my account banned. He can not give out skype to this individual or anything.

I have not had any offenses before this, and I find it very weird that my account got banned on the fifteenth, the day my order was finished. I have skype conversations and videos of me trading over the gold, which can be screenshotted and so on if necessary.

Heros won't pay me any damages since he "hasn't contacted his worker". I want money for the rs3 and 07 account lost or an account as a replacement.

Even if Heros wasn't the one who botted on my account he still is the one who stands responsible here - he shouldn't have to talk to his worker in order to pay the damages.

Greetings and i'd like to open with the same statement as the other other complaint, i'm not going to argue i'm going to post my viewpoint and leave it at that. If mods want further information please contact me or post on the complaint.

I recieved this order on the 9th of June 2017 which contained an order for 60-80 mining on OSRS, but paid in RS3 gold.

Needless to say the order was started by me personally and my personal assistant (No relation to Sythe.org)

Everything went fine and the order was under progress, but got delayed due to me not being able to be on the account and my "worker" put in a couple of hours when I couldn't.


On the 12th of June all progress stopped on the account and all my other orders being currently processed due to a hospital visit. This to say no further training was done after that date. With that all orders were canceled/delayed and the ones which were canceled we're completely refunded with the amount of xp that was left until desired level.

I have spoken to my assistant which has been working for me since close to the start of my service and he claims he hasn't used any macroing software and I believe him whole heartedly due to his outstanding progress during the past year.

I can also testify for my own use of his account that there was no other client used than the default OSRS client.

I was later contacted on the 17th of June that the account which we had done our training on was banned. This lead to upfront suspcioun as always, but I ensured the client I would speak with my assistant and get his side of the story before I proceed further.

This delayed our conversation a day until I got a word from him (timezone differences)

I'm not quite sure what was done to the account during the days of 12-15th of June and i'm not throwing out any accusations, but I can state that our service has not botted and never will put a client of ours at risk with macroing software.

I hope this can be resolved as quick as possible and since the 15th I have no longer accepted any new orders due to these issues and I would love for it to get sorted out.

insufficient evidence to show that @Heros or his worker botted on the account, as they use the official runescape client and you did not ask for them to take screenshots of the levels prior to the service there's nothing much we can do.
