Also that has nothing to do with the case right now, which is u pay Lighters back as u didnt warn him as u can read here BAN RISK ON RSPS TRADES -- READ THIS his experience in gold trading in this case doesnt matter. The fact is still u have to warn everyone before the trade by either a TOS or a message.

Also, the fact is u didn't warn me aswell so as soon this is sorted with Lighters and u paid him back i'll open up my own report to get my money back aswell as i have all the evidence that u didn't warn me aswell as me getting banned after we traded.

You seem to run a RSPS gold shop yet you claim you were not aware of the risks of RWT?

According to the sticky if the customer understands the risks that come with RWT then the seller is not liable for any of the assets lost.

And by running a RSPS gold shop then you must be notifying your customers of the risks.

 

In this case I might be not aware of the risks, since he was the seller as I was the customer. He is the one who SHOULD include & inform the risks, regardless of me knowing or not. BAN RISK ON RSPS TRADES -- READ THIS

 

Were all these trades done with the same account? As in, is the gold seller using the same account in all of his trades?

Also, how many other individuals do you have corroborating getting banned after trading him?

 

Very few others have gotten banned, most of Loco's trades go well.

 

@Tmoe You can ask my other buyers @R5V @racozy I am constantly using different accounts due to bans/wipes and they're aware of the risk.

I've only ever had 1 complaint of a ban/wipe and that's from these guys here, all my of my other suppliers rarely get banned, and if they do they've had enough time to move the gold off.

You can see from my vouches that I've sold a a nice amount of loco gold over the last 2 weeks and none of them have complained despite buying 2-3x the amount that these guys have? Lighters and myself obviously traded at a bad time and we're unlucky - and instead of talking about it he'd rather make a scam report saying I'm a staff member and keep DDoSing me, sad really but it's whatever.


I've shown in previous screenshots if someone is inexperienced with buying/selling RSPS gold I tell them there is a risk involved and do not sell them gold unless they are aware.

If people own a gold shop and in their OWN TOS they state that people should be aware of the risks surely they are themselves? I've had to type this message 3 times because Dank and Lighters keep getting someone to DDoS me.

 

And that is exactly why me getting instantly banned can NOT be justified as you categorized it "just bad luck" not twice in a row after 10-15 minutes tops. and @Tmoe I am here about my case only if others who want to report they are most welcomed to do so, currently only @Dankunas is here and yes he sold me all of it on one account, which is mentioned in the Skype conversations above.

In other words your goods have an implied warranty that they will be fit for purpose until and unless that warranty is actively waived by your customer."
1- He did NOT inform me (regardless of what shop I own)
2- Due to that he IS responsible for assets which are lost due to bans.
3- goods have an implied warranty, I just want my money back from nothing more nothing less and no I'm not a scum I have earned well over 50+ successful in no time for me to scam 35M 07.
4- No where did it mention if I were aware or owned a RSPS Shop I can't report and ask for a refund.

 

The risk of ban should have been understood as you're involved in the rsps community

A specific account was utilized which was then categorized as a "known rwter." If this account continued to be utilized through all of his trades without a ban, it would allude to being a staff; however, this does not seem to be the case.

We have no proof of him being a staff member and this is an isolated occurrence. If this was a systemic issue, action would need to be taken.

I would advocate for the seller to refund half the gold, but it is not required as the gold was yours when it was delivered.

The report is closed, but I am on mobile so if another staff member can handle the DNT removal.

If there continue to be reports, it will result in a twc or possible rsps ban.

 

Follow up on the above post: if the user was not informed ahead of time, refund half the amount lost.
