Explanation of the trade: I was to do ardougne easy tasks on his ironman in exchange for 7m osrs gp

How they scammed: I finished the service (part of it was to be done the following day and he was fine with it, and proceeded to do it himself but still said he'd pay me the full price), i agreed to go first since he had more vouches than me and seemed like a decent person. When i was done, he said his accounts (main and ironman) were hacked and he made a report on sythe and that he needed some time to accumulate money. I said okay and was fine with waiting. On one occasion he said he has the money and as soon as i logged on rs, he said he has to go and will pay later. He then proceeded to tell me he was on a senior trip from school and can't pay me until he gets back all the while being online on sythe, skype and osrs every now and then. I constantly tried to contact him. He rarely replied saying he's still on the trip and will pay me when he gets back. He recently told me he's back but, still hasn't paid me and continues to ignore sythe pms, skype messages and messages on runescape. He even vouched on my thread thanking me for the work i had done. I didn't vouch back because i wanted to wait for the payment to be made. I did this work on 16th april 2017; Today is 5th may 2017; 19 days have past.

go ahead and add that ban, i dont beleive idone anything wrong as i said i was going to tip 7m, because you were going to do quests for free.
