Banned with 600M on my acc for RWT

What are the chances that jagex will start tracking my old accounts? I've went ahead to change my ip address but I don't know if that alone will suffice. Should I begin training a new RWT dedicated account and abandon my others? Will trading on a vpn/vps make myself more prone to RWT bans in the future?

 

How much were you trading at one time on that account and also more importantly, how old was the account?

 

I've done maybe like 70 trades on it and it was around 6 months old. The amount I trade at once is inbetween 10-300M but usually around 100M per trade.

 

I think your problem is really just account age. I've done around the same amount of trades (given smaller amounts) but my account is also old as dirt. Like... 13 years old I think? would have to check again to know for sure. Puts a huge impact on your abilities of RWT. My advice would be to hunt down and buy the lowest level account that is the oldest and train it up.

When you sale play it safe usually stake the money or do a trade rather then the duel arena and lumbridge. The accounts should be fine I've had my for a year and I rwt over 40b the past year

Do NOT link your social media, google or email to the account. Make a new email and new social media that you control and link it to the account. They can flag everything associated with your account and they dont play around when it comes to RWT

 

Honestly, man, you have to be careful. At this point, if the 'other' accounts that you're referring to were created/used with the same IP as the one you just got banned with, you're taking the risk of causing more suspicion by using a VPN. Furthermore, I've heard horror stories of people thinking they're safe by using one and end up being banned in the long run.

Then again, if you're going to keep RTW'ing, which I'm guessing you will, I guess that's your best bet. Just refrain from having many mules and trading between each other because sooner or later, they'll connect the dots and you'll lose everything. Be it by tracking the trades, or tracking/identifying similarities with the IP.

Try to avoid f2p worlds when real word trading to websites, as jagex puts free to play worlds under a watch definately if you trade alot in 1 go.

 

I've never been banned for RWT, here are some steps I take:

- Avoid or limit meeting at Lumbridge, especially the 3rd floor bank
- Play on the account in between trades, even if its 1 minute, find something you can do in game AFK (splashing, training range with canon, merching items at grand exchange, etc)
- Never trade gp for nothing, always trade something even if its junk, don't be cheap, 100k worth of items is good insurance
- Avoid or limit trading with unsafe traders (traders who use level 3s, traders who always trade in same location AND world, traders who don't suggest/offer trading junk)
- Meet your customers in P2P worlds if possible
- Do not meet your customers in the same world and location every time
- Stake if possible
- Dress up your character, don't look like a mule
- Clear your jagex cache occasionally
- Some people split up trades into smaller increments, I've done trades over 500m at a time no bans
- Some traders also trade platinum tokens instead of gp, idk if it helps or not

how does clearing cache help?

 

I sometimes also filter it through a couple dynamic ups on different accounts.

 

Just to be clear, I am not talking your web browser cache. Everytime you load runescape, Jagex stores files on your computer. It's believed that they store information that can link your accounts together. They supposedly can also flag suspicious behavior and store those flags in these cache files.
