Explanation of the trade: I was to sell him 100m 07 for $98 via paypal. I had sold him 20m for $20 earlier in the week, so I trusted him. I gave him the 100m. I never received a paypal payment.

after this, the conversation goes on for multiple days of me telling him I haven't received money via paypal. He said he would "check into it". Never heard back from him and he deleted me off skype. We need this person banned asap before they decide to scam another person. I want him banned or him to pay me my $98

also. to confirm, click on his skype signature once. His skype in his signature matches the skype that he was messaging me off of. This user needs to be banned or to pay me my money.
