Can You Price Check This Account For me?

Hey guys Basically I posted that I'm selling an account earlier, but I just want to make sure if the price that I asked for is what it's worth.
I asked for 40m I think, even though I can go lower, I'm just not sure what its worth.
Also If anyone who is Trusted that wants to buy the account, PM me and I can go first, if ur not trusted then I wont go first.
