    Many of you know I'm a Zyzz 'fanboy'. Although sadkunts gonna hate on his steroid use, he inspired thousands worldwide to get in to shape, never putting other people down, and to live life they way you want it to be. Once you see past the troll persona of Zyzz, and see who Aziz truly was, steroids or not, he touched many lives. #nohomo #forevermirin

    With that being said, this topic begins only 3 months in to my training. I am proud that so far I have been serious and patient with my goals, and when I start posting my own progress on here I will be 100% open and honest about my achievements, no exaggeration as I have nothing to prove.

    Whether I achieve my goal physique in 2 years, 5 or 10 it does not matter. The physical and psychological benefits are what counts.

    Late April/Early May 2016 - I started at approximately 60Kg, out of shape, chronic marijuana smoker and a very poor diet. I hadn't done proper exercise in over 6 years. I hit a massive low in life which kickstarted me to a permanent change, and I'll never look back.

    August 2016 - 71Kg - Unsure of bodyfat percentage but for the first 3 months I focused mainly on learning the workout routine and building overall strength.

    September 2016 - 75Kg - Been moving between lean mass and fat gain the past month. Around 72-75kg, 75kg being the peak. Gained some strength too. tarted doing more intense workout sessions, but unfortunately screwed up myschedule with moving places. During this september I'm going to push hard.

    October 2016 - ??Kg - Really slacked this month. Travelled to Belgium and met with Kaii in the first week, and catching up with studies and business screwed up my schedule the following weeks. I know these are just excuses and it was probably also lack of motivation as well as it's got colder outside. One useful thing I have done this month is look a lot more into nutrition. Today is going to be good. I'm going to arrive at the gym at 7am so i can really focus on getting back to my workout schedule.

    November 2016 - 70KG - Training hard and eating clean. A bit leaner than I was a month or so ago. Not lost any strength despite not taking Creatine for over a month. Starting Creatine again today (1st) to see how it effects my progress this month.

    First uploaded progress pics. If I hadn't slacked in October they would have been much better, so I'm holding myself accountable to ensure this month onwards I continue pushing hard. The goal in regards to the pics below was to build overall strength and learn the workout routines first.

    I am now going to continue to bulk with a strict lean diet of high protein, med carbs and low fat. I am doing this to hopefully develop the proportions I'm aiming for.

    Definitely admirin your dedication bro. I've been lifting for 5 years now, and let me tell you, the gains have hindered drastically. Just letting you know though, every single one of the transformation video's you listed are people on steroids. That should in no way be the physique you should compare yourself to unless you plan to hop on steroids in the future.

    Regardless of that, they all put in work to look the way they do. I foresee a sick physique in the future if you keep up with this attitude. Best of luck.

    Congrats dude, I'm starting to feel the same way.

    I quit smoking this week and my next goals are to slowly have better habits coupled with light exercise until I get in a routine to go to the gym 5 days/week.

    That's how it just was with quitting cigarettes. I just forced myself and it kept getting easier, day-by-day.

    I had 4 vices, I'm down to 3... I'm trying to knock them down slowly, one by one. They disgust me and honestly take up almost 80% of my time when I'm not working. When I'm working I reflect in disgust on my actions after work. Which affects my work and my career potential....

    I have a good feeling that your life can change drastically by replacing bad habits with good habits. The good thing is we're still young, I was born in 93' as well. We can change our lives around now and live them much more productively from what we've learned at an early stage.

    That's the way I see it. I look at an old man who's still smoking. He still drinks a pint of whiskey every night. He still goes to the casino in his free time rather than spend his last years with his family.... Or he's dying sooner than he should by not taking simple precautions such as exercise.

    Good to see you got to a point in your life where you are fed up with your own bullshit. It's an important factor in growth and I'm here along for the ride with ya if ya wanna chat.

    I still smoke cigarettes but I'm doing the same to be honest, cut down from 20-25 daily to about 4-5 daily now :p

    Just fuck the cigs and stick with the weed, I still manage to get through my day and be productive while getting high everyday, It is nearly a year ago I quit smoking cigarettes due to health issues. I smoke a joint everynight before bed as it helps me sleep faster and longer, even with munchies I still stick to my diet so it's no big deal for me. Ive been on various sleeping medications for the past years and I dont like them and think weed is much healthier for me in the long run. I smoked 20-30 cigs a day as well a year ago but I started getting really bad throat problems so I just decided to nip it in the bud.

    Fair enough, but seriously good job slowing down on the cigs, it is a horrible addiction and very hard to overcome but when you do youll feel great, just in general youll have more energry and feel better, also youll have better erections, these days i absolutely hate the smell of ash trays and the smoke

    Was following this a couple months back and am now proud to see this amazing progress get even better. Over the course of my weight loss journey I may add lifting or full muscle exercises to gain strength.

    I gained when my mom passed away, despite this i'm surprised it took over a year of eating to get over it. That's why seeing this brought my head back when I contained with dieting.

    Alike the OP we both look similar with lean mass... In contrast to what another member stated my legs are the strongest part of my body so i'll keep drilling my arms.

    When I 'cycled' on it before after about 5 days of 5g doses I noticed I could do 10-12 repetitions rather than 6-8 at the same weight.

    All i can remember from reading about it is that is either speeds up water absorption to the muscles, or it increases the amount of water absorbed.

    I have gained strength without it the past month as I can lift more than I could without it before, but I cannot do like 5 sets of 12 with 30second-1minute breaks for sure :p
