Best weapon to train Strength at NMZ

Hey guys
I am a pure with 75 attack and 89 strength
I was wondering whether any of you guys knew what the best weapon is to train strength with at nightmare zone

I am using an abyssal bludgeon however I am noticing that I am not gaining as much XP as I initially hoped

Can somebody please help me?

I am begging you all for some help!

 

I believe unless I'm mistaken that's the best weapon for use in NMZ.

 

as far as i am aware staff of the dead is the best str training weapon, unless it is different for pures for some reason but I can't imagine it is.

 

That's correct, abyssal bludgeon is the best weapon for training str.

75k xp/hr is pretty good, especially considering that you're a pure.

This is all in correlation with your gear, so as a zerker I was getting 100-105k xp/hr at 95str+, but I have higher bonuses than you. Just make sure you're overloaded and you'll be fine.

 

I was doing abyssal dagger + dragon defender, seems like abyssal bludgeon is even better than that.

so this is my gear:
guthix mitre
fury ammy
fire cape
monk robe top and bottom
regen bracelet
holy sandals
beserker ring (i)

lemme know if there is anything in which i can improve

im 98 str, 72 attack with fcape, bhelm, bring imbued, bgloves and fury using a saradomin sword and im only getting 79-85k per hour in NMZ with overloads.

 

Get barrows gloves (if zerk) or mithril gloves (if not)

I'm using a staff of the dead atm

 

Regen brace is actually better stat-wise than mith gloves, so it looks like he's already using the best possible gear.

 

You can't get any better xp than that.

 

Bludgeon is like 80k xp/hr so that's the best I guess

Bludgeon is the best weapon to train strength with on a pure.
Sara sword is a cheaper alternative. Hope this helped

 

It's between the Bludgeon and the Blessed SS. The constant recharge of SS makes it a less viable option, so I would go with the Bludgeon which is my weapon of choice when slaying on my 75 attack pure
