since when?? civilized wildy?

Since when is wildy so civilized?? "Gl?" and since when does everyone require a skull? I remember in 2006 it wasn't like that but maybe it's cause I was always in clan wars (safe portal.) where you didn't lose anything.

But really, I feel like im in a civilised place haha, everyone always asks first!!! "Gl?" and if it's "No" it's most often no and even when someone attacks me randomly, they usually retreat.
What happened?

It's upto them who they fight. If you wanna attack people out of blue, just camp in deep wildy in a high risk world.

 

It's been like that for a while now. The best way to maximize your profits is by fighting skulled players, nothing new.

 

Usually the game evolves, but you still wouldn't look like a barbarian killing people without asking.

I play similar to the way I started so it should be decently laid out.

 

People have become very frustrated with those who attack without asking and just become a nuisance. Therefore, the large majority have learned to treat others how they wish to be treated. Odd considering the nature of PKing, but that's how it goes

 

Couldn't have said it better myself! Pking a honorable experience when you fight worthy opponents by the way. I can't stand the immature ones that randomly attack or PJ. Just ask for a skull if you need one!

Eh, not too many 12 year olds on the game anymore mate. Everyones getting a bit older & mature.

 

I would imagine it's because there is a lack of instant kill weapons like dragon claws or double korasi (with the exception of the dark bow, in some situations).

This too. Any for-profit pker will leave you alone if you aren't skulled yet, and if they do fight you when you aren't skulled, the risk/reward ratio changes by a bit depending on your gear, even if you are outmatched.

People prefer fighting a few people others in particular let's say someone who is skulled over someone who is not skulled and risking nothing.

I mean you can just go around pjing anyone without asking, but you won't get very far.

 

It's mainly due to the ease of escape, so if you just randomly attack someone they either run and/or teleport to safety. The chances of you killing someone before that happens is very slim. Unless you're able to teleblock them and keep them trapped until they run out of food you're pretty much just going to be wasting your time.

So people come to the conclusion that for a fight/kill to happen, they're required to have common consideration.

You'd find that if you went 20+ wilderness, the same rules don't apply.

I agree with this and it also depends on what type of PKing you do whether it is pure/zerk/main and totally I think the risk is what decides.

 

It is quite odd, but at the same time. It's human nature.

I think the only people that do that stuff are the ones that are looking for a fair fight. In my opinion if you're standing in the wild you should expect to be attacked at any moment, you shouldn't be waiting there for someone to ask you to fight. There will always be those players that complain.
