15.000 Wyverns killed did i finally get a visage!?

Yep and I complain about not getting a rare drop after 800 kills at Zulrah. Nice dedication though man! Hope to see a visage out of you lol

 

Damn. I tried for awhile to get a visage when they came out. I got one while going for 99 slayer from an iron dragon, while not even wearing a ring of wealth. Ofc this was in 2011 when I already made bank from staking and they were nearly worthless...

 

Thanks I'm probably gonna give up as soon as the account is maxed which is like another 15.000 kills

I've heard from several people they got theirs @ 200 - 500 kc lol. I'm just very unlucky overall i've killed over 22k ish without getting a visage :/

nice progress, I think I am going to campy wyverns when I get 72 slayer also (currently 66 and cannoning my tasks until 72) then I will make a little thread and keep you guys updated on how I'm doing.

 

The drop rate is 1 in 10.000

It's definitely worth getting 72, exp rates are not the best there, but they are really chill to camp while watching movies etc, gl with your vissy hunt

Nope I've taken a break from wyverns, going to be doing them sometime this week

 

I guess that's RNG for you... 100,000th kill is the same chance as 1st... Unlucky

 

Yep, I've heard that an iron man with over 22k kills hasn't received one either I guess i have the same curse.

 

This is really impressive. Any idea how many kills you can get done in an hour? I remember trying for a visage and killing several hundred iron, steel and mith dragons. Never got one.

 

With decent gear / 85 + combat stats and if you flick piety you can get up to 65 kills per hour, apparently it's 15k per kill someone did an estimate on them.

 

Wow, lol. Bet you made enough money not getting a visage to actually buy a visage. :laugh:

 

You should have kept the loot, would have been interesting to see how much you made
