Requesting Pardon for Almih

Almih and I had a situation that has been fixed now, which you can read here.

He has paid the $33 like three days ago, and has been waiting patiently to get unbanned. He requested a pardon, and was told to appeal it. He then appealed it and was told to request a pardon.

This whole system seems wack. The person who got him banned (me) is telling you to unban him because the situation is fixed. It shouldn't be so hard.

He'll need to make a formal pardon, he legitimately scammed you and though it's nice he refunded you that doesn't make this situation "fixed"
