07 Starter Account - 1400+ Total Lvl with Quest Cape

This is a great account for anyone looking who wants to get into OSRS without creating a new account from scratch. It is a level 86 combat, with 70+ Attack, Def, Range, and Mage. All quests have been completed and the quest point cape has been obtained. It has over 2+ OSRS Million GP in bank, mostly in cash. I will be giving you the original Yahoo email account that I used to make this account as well as all details of the accounts creation information such as ISP, location, date, etc. so you will be in secure control of the account. As I've mentioned in OP, I've only used Sythe once for selling an RS3 account. So I don't have a vouch list. I can have that user vouch for me if you wish, I can also send you the chat logs between me and the user and the transaction details. If you are interested we can use to a verified MM to make it safe on both sides, and you'll be getting the actual email account used to register the account, ISP, names, membership info etc. so that I can assure you have as much information needed to take over the account.
