My question have you been rejected by a girl before and what happened?


my worst two

when I was 14, I went to my first dance party and I was so excited about the whole thing since my crush was going. One night before I asked her if she would dance with me over MSN Messneger and she said yes.

she was sitting with her friends on a table and I was over with my friends on another one, I went all the way to her and she immediately said no, being shocked over the whole thing I went back ,"should have insisted". I stopped talking to her for 2 weeks after that, then started talking to her again and she apologized saying she only dances with people when her parents are around which was a BS excuse . she turned out to be one of those yoga pants starbucks bitches that we see everyday, I think I dodged a bullet.



Second one is much worse and I am still dealing with the whole situation.

I asked my ex that I have known since I was 12 to marry me and she refused saying she is with someone else"asked her after one year after we broke up but kept in touch" , I will not go into details but it was very difficult for me that I decided to leave the country.

Whoa that's rough man.

Probably the worst for me was when I asked a girl who lived in another province to be with me and she wouldn't due to the distance (she had been on an exchange for weeks so it made it incredibly awkward for the last week of our being together).

 

sort of...i had broken up with my now ex and it had been about a month or so after it and we had been dating for about 2 years..and i was still pretty upset over it and wanted attention so i asked out this girl i knew and talked to an ok/decent amount lmao because i really wanted attention i guess and she basically said no..i mean it didnt really matter to me that she said no because the day after i regretted asking her out because i really had no feelings for her i just wanted attention >.<

However i am one of those people who overthink crap so sometimes i wonder if she told her friends that i asked her out and if they laughed/made fun of me xD

 

I don't get rejected. Girls say yes out of impulse only to break up a few days later saying "I wasn't ready." Then they date somebody else within a month or two after.

 

No, but I've done some rejecting myself, about three times in as many years if I'm not forgetting any. I probably should have given them all a chance, if not as significant others at least as friends.

Done plenty of rejecting myself and been rejected a lot as well majority of the time i'll just be like what ever but I have been in a situation where I got denied sex because I refused to go down a girl (which i'll never do in my life)... Really pissed me off I wasn't asking her to go down on me women's are needy.

 

my father told me the best advice after the whole situation with my ex
"son now you are heart broken don't try to enter another relationship because you are hurt"

I got friend zoned once, and the girl wasn't even on my level. I felt like shit after that, still do.

 

Probably when I was a bit younger, but I don't really remember the details.

Nowadays I don't really ask people out. I try to suppress my sexuality because I've always seen it as the biggest obstacle to productivity. I can truthfully say I hate it and how it affects my mentality over certain scenarios.

 

ive never thought relationships were an obstacle that stopped me from being productive..however ive never had a short term relationship really tbh..my past two relationships were one of 1 year and the other of 2 years, yet again ive only dated 3-4 women so meh.

 

Libido is the biggest possible distraction I could think of, period. Relationships tend to be directly linked to sex drive, as otherwise people would be happy with a long-term platonic relationship (which they certainly aren't). I have no desire for reproduction, so this particular instinct is the biggest waste of time for me.

 

Enough times to lose track lol, I used to be really bitter about it until I had to do some rejecting myself a couple times and understand some people just don't click. I just have difficulties finding someone who does lol
