Pistolbuddy Scamed for $250

Story: He was selling $650 worth of Amazon gift cards. Two amazon cards one $350 and one $300. I offered to send first.

The Deal: I'll send $250 then he would send the $300 gift card. Then I'll send the rest ($235) then he would send the $350 code.

As soon as I sent the payment he signed off sythe. I pmed him several times and did not hear back from him for 12 hours. Then he gave me some BS excuse that it was the weekend and he was at the bar...

I opened a dispute initially because he was not answering my messages, he then turned it into a claim and stated it was a virtual item (so paypal wouldnt refund me)

Resolution:
I want my $250 refunded. He claims he sent it on 19Feb13, then he can post proof of that email because I never got it.

Then he sent me the email that he will send me the refund but he needs time...
