    Player Auctions and Moneybookers Help Please!

    Hi,

    I recently purchased gold through Moneybookers on PA, and the purchase was instantly processed on Moneybookers' end. However, five hours later, it was still processing on PA's side, even though it already said I had paid on their (being PA's) website. I went about cancelling my order because I thought maybe a glitch had occurred, but how do I go about getting my money back from PA? Will they automatically refund me? And does this normally happen with Moneybookers and PA? I was just worried it would be stuck permanently in processing, but now I don't have the money according to Moneybookers I had already spent anyway. Thanks for any help.

    I was "lucky" enough to talk to someone via chat, but after I gave him my order ID, he waited for about 30 minutes and eventually ended the chat without saying anything.

    Yea PA is kind of slack, but they should refund your money it also takes time to process for a refund, I had the same scare when I first used PA to buy something but canceled took about 3 days to get my money back :S

    Overthere, I have a similar problem man.
    I sold an account for 60$ but it's stuck at the processing thing.
    It has been 2 weeks now -.-'

    Player Auctions and Moneybookers Help Please!

    I talked to another PA representative and they had said that they never received my payment, even though it processed according to Moneybookers. It seemed to be just a lot of copy and paste responses from them. I have since emailed Moneybookers because they're probably better at everything, but it's the weekend so, meh. This is stressful.
