Should assisted suicide be legal?

No, anyone even thinking about suicide should seek out for help.

 

I disagree with the legalization of assisted suicide but agree with your "practical" point. That's my argument against the legalization.

There would be a large amount of cases that would be hard to solve as a murderer could claim to aid in the deceased's suicide.

Though, I am confused as to what you mean by "some sort of limit." Do you mean that suicide cases would be treated like murder cases where the desire for suicide on the deceased's part has to be proven "beyond a shadow of a doubt?"

 

I think it's their choice to come to an end. I think it's sad that doctors go to jail for assisting their patients to go to heaven when they are like crippled.

 

If the person was in agonizing pain, and didn't have much time left to live, then yes, it should be legal by thy own victim's request.

I think it should only be executed if the victim has a terminal illness, not because of depression.
