ISSUE RESOLVED AS OF 1/19/2012.. Yes, it actually took *THAT* long just to receive a refund. If you wish to read my story, there are several "Update posts further down the page. If you're tied up in a similar situation let me tell you the best thing to do: DON'T GIVE UP!!! And, try to get Kate. She is the best. I personally thanked her with significant gratitude for helping me. :)

Hi, recently I had two very bad issues with PlayerAuctions & wish to share them with you all.

Now let me start by saying I've used PA multiple times in the past year. Recently, I had two gold purchases both for 300M.. PA let me choose a seller who had a guaranteed delivery time of 20 mins, and another for about the same time. The sellers failed to meet his delivery time on schedule, so the order was cancelled. I couldn't just use the money later and have him deliver it to me at a later time.. So I was wondering, why did they still charge my account even though the charge went through several hours after the orders were cancelled? I dunno, but listen to this.
The charge caused my account to overdraft, so now I have overdraft fees, in addition to my worries.
The 'PlayerGuardian protections' promises to have my refund issued by a certain time.. A much later time than the purchase, I might add. So I bite my tongue and wait it out. Two days later I check my account — well after my deadline I might add, and I STILL have no refund.. I log onto Player Auctions... My account which has tons of positive feedback from successful transactions, has been suspended. No reason given, no warning, no notice. I haven't scammed anybody or even had any infraction of any sort. I contact a service representative. They basically tell me I have to wait even LONGER to see my money returned. 10:43AM EST still no refund. My 'guaranteed refund times'?
(Dec-12-2011 11:30:00 PM PST) and (Dec-12-2011 11:30:00 PM PST). It is currently, in Pacific Standard Time.. 8:51AM Dec-13-2011. In addition to not being issued my refund immediately, for the one purchase they have deemed it fit to charge me a 'Penalty fee'. Why I received one for a delivery time expired?? I don't know.

I downloaded the .HTMs of as receipts of my transactions, so luckily I'm still able to keep record.

The moral of this message, STICK WITH WESTERN UNION AND OTHER SERVICES. PA IS A JOKE. I still haven't got my money back, and am going to be filing disputes with Paypal if I don't soon. =|

The problem ISN'T that I'm waiting for my bank to process the refunds, its that I'm waiting for PA to issue them in the first place. They're being total crooks.

Update: (if anyone is even reading this, I'm only writing it out of the infuriating experience I'm having)... I hope anyone else in similar situation(s) reads this and feels better knowing they're not alone.. Or worse, depending on how you look at the spectrum of how they're ripping people off. . . . .

    I received an email..
    "Hello Jeffrey,

We are writing to inform you that your PlayerAuctions account has been suspended.

We have suspended your account because PayPal has notified us that you have filed a dispute against your payment for Order xxxxxx and xxxxxx. Please note that your account is not eligible for reactivation while your dispute remains open.

Per the terms of our Secure Buyer Delivery Agreement, order delivery may be confirmed by the seller or the buyer. As the buyer, you agreed to notify us of any dispute with the delivery of your digital asset order within 72 hours of the seller's confirmation. Additionally, you agreed to submit all disputes for transactions conducted through our service to PlayerAuctions for final and binding arbitration. All buyers must accept these terms prior to placing an order on our site.

As stated in Secure Buyer Delivery Agreement, failure to honor the terms of the agreement may result in the immediate suspension of your PlayerAuctions account, cancellation of all pending orders, the nullification of PlayerGuardian protections and forfeiture of your payment.

According to our records, the seller confirmed delivery of the digital asset order, Order ID xxxxxx and xxxxx.

If you are experiencing difficulty with your order post-delivery, please contact the seller or PlayerAuctions support [email protected]. Please be sure to include your Order ID in all your communications.

    The PlayerAuctions Service Department."

Which I find interesting, because BOTH sellers were honest with me and PA.. Confirming that they never delivered the gold. The one said, 'Sorry, I was sleeping :s"
And the other never said anything, because I cancelled the order before they could have even possibly delivered it. Also, neither seller was even ONLINE at the time of the purchase. Let alone able to deliver it.

    TL;DR?

Basically, they're claiming to have suspended my account because I went to PA for a refund after talking to their absurd CS. Who never helped me receive my refund either. So they're trying to get out of ever giving me a refund, and have now escalated this to lying about their own documented information. Saying my goods were delivered for both goods, when its proven by both sellers and my saved .HTMs.. That they didn't ever deliver me gold................................... As both myself and the seller agreed..

WARNING ALL PA BUYERS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I feel your pain, PA charged my CC randomly for 19$ i went to their live chat (fail and only way to speak with them) and they completely ignore me if i bring it up. Then today, a week or so later; they hit me for a 13.20$ charged WTF! If i tell them about either issues they give me their damn email and tell me to email them screenshots but guess what! NO RESPONSE. Tonight i just reported both charged to CC holder and they actually took care of it :D my cc holder also told me this isn't their first issue with them so beware, stick to sythe imo

Sorry for grave dig, just felt more appropriate to post with someone that experienced similar issue other than making a thread
