i have played wow for about 4 days now and i never see people any where maybe 2 at a time at the most. Is there a place im sopose to go?

It depends where you are.

Main areas like capital cities etc, there will be a lot of people there.

I agree, its probably because of how many realms and how big the game is itself. you will see people when you get higher levels

Or, you know, don't pick a retarded server. Servers like Ursin have like 600 people.
Find a real server like Blackhand or Whisperwind or Warsong.

Yeah low pop. server you won't see a lot of people around, especially at starting areas.

Also remember,

Azeroth and Outlands are MUCH larger than Runescape (for example).

There's so much more room to be, you're not going to be seeing people all the time.

Several options include: school, the mall, movies, or any other building that relies on an abundance of people.
