Do you switch between balance, feral and healing or do you just do the one?

Bro, you've got to be something wrong. I normally pull 1m healing in a full AV match on my resto druid. If you go into AV feral, you should do bear form with a mix of kitty and bear gear on. Ofc, certain situations will require different strategies.

Shush, you. I was healing in my PvE gear.
...and like I said I only really planned to heal on van / balinda. Otherwise I was actually capping bunkers.
