Does the lvl 80 have flying training? What gear does it already have? Will your friend supply you with all the gold you need no matter how much it is?

But for your own sakes I recommend not playing World of Warcraft. Runescape might be addictive enough, but once you come the path of this game you wont want to quit. I've lost allot of friends to this game who have ruined their life's.

If you do decide to take your friends 80, you'll want both expansions, The Burning Crusade, as well as Wrath of the Lich King as well as the game itself. The prices may have changed slightly since i purchased the items right around their release date. As I recall however, each of the 3 disc sets will run anywhere between $25-40.

If you are wanting your friends accounts, you have to pay for character trasnfer, you can download the games for free off the website, or buy them and download them.
You will then have to buy game time cards to play.
and gold, make it yourself, or have your friend mail it to you in game free of charge.

if you have a level 80, you don't need to buy any expansions as they are already enabled, correct? You can simply download the clients, gold wise, gold isn't a really important factor if you have flying mounts already, having about 1k should do you enough in supplies for raiding.

I seriously suggest making a new character all together, but having the 80 for backup.

Basically you need to pay for two things:

• Gametime ($14/month USD)
• Character Transfer ($25 USD)

Trust me, starting from 1 is alot more enjoyable
