In your opinion, what class levels the fastest? I can't decide what I want to roll.

Btw, you should never level something just because it's the fastest to level. You should consider what kind of game play you want.
(Also, Paladins are horrible to level under 40)

I know I shouldn't pick a class by which levels fastest, I've already played every class at 80 and I enjoy them all, I don't have any 80s at the moment and just want one to raid with.

I can't make a DK, I opened a new account and have no level 55s yet.

Hunter and Warlock depending on how you look at it, they both have amazing ability to solo almost every elite, none instance quest the run into, I personally did this, Under that I'd say mage if the player had a lot of skill, and understood the concept of real aoe grinding, because this can get you a fuck load of XP in a very short span of time, if you are skilled, This is the same for paladins, also. I guess it's more or less, the ability to solo Elite quests>Ability to aoe grind>Ability to just do shit at a normal pace.

Hunter is the best to lvl, not the best class though. Mages are good for aoe grinding so are DKs but you need a char already at lvl 55.

Hunters are proven the FASTEST to level, but not as fun as other classes.

I've heard hunters are the fastest levelers, but never seen any proof. Why exactly are they?

Well, a hunter named Joana still got the record of leveling the fastest, without the increased XP, without RAF, without the increased quest bonus'.

And as I mentioned, he's a hunter. After level 10, as a hunter, everything becomes rather easy. You have a pet to tank your mobs, you notice a slight increase in your own dps, and you're nearly unkillable in PvE.

You get Feign Death, incase you ALMOST die, if you're going alliance, pick Night Elf, not only for the dodge, but also the Shadowmeld ability.


But, the thing is. As a hunter, to get into anything anywhere, like raids and stuff, at level 80. You need to be geared and skilled. Hunters are basically a pure dps/aid class. So high stats are needed.

For proof, go to google, and search around. You'll find it. Eventually.

i agree, i have a hunter, hes loads of fun, i dont know what people are saying, they have types of tank pets, and pvp pets that just load on dps. Most people say hunters are easy to play, well not entirely in pvp. the challenge is staying distant. DPSing so quickly is great in pvp, although nerfed recently, i believe hunters are quick levelers, with lots of fun perks, changing your pet regularly with new zones, finding what pet fits you best, and ganking the aposing fraction is the best, because with many things to speed you up, and slow them down, watching them run, while their health drops very quick is always a trip. Hunters highly recommended...

now on the other hand, if anyone is acutally reading this still, ive written a book, but Blood specced DK's have become my favorite class. seeing how they heal themselves off typical attacks it keeps them from dying, unholy DK's built more for AoE and quick xp, blood for tanking elites solo.

Hunter is the fastest easily. Death Knights are fast only because you start out at 55. I personally like to level mages, just so much destruction and damage.

I do die a lot though ><

As he said, choose a class you like, because I'm sure you don't want to get to 80 and say "This sucks!" and have to restart. In my opinion on the fastest leveler though, I agree with druid as well. Feral combat is great for leveling as you have bear form for extra health, and cat form for dps, along with heals in caster form. Moonkin isn't that bad for leveling either.
