Heyy... Im looking to find a good host for my fourm/website. Im not sure what i need tho , I've been to many hosting websites, And i have seen Dedicated Hosting + Webhosting? Which one do I need?

Im looking for OFFSHORE hosting, + decent bandwith ect ect..

Tbh, money isnt a limit here, but i dont want to be buying if i dont really need. i,e like 1000000000gb of bandwith or what ever
