I'm making a site in dereamweaver. I want the background to stretch and fit the page no matter what someones screen size is. I had it like this before, but I lost the files.

If anyone knows how to do it in dreamweaver or HTML/CSS it would help a lot.

Unrelatedly, anyone know a cheap web host where I can pay for only one month and they will give a domain?

There is no standardized way to stretch a background, unless a solid colour, through the entire background. The most common way is to have a repeated background, if it is a gradient or something to that extent it can be thinly sliced and repeated x or y axis depending on the way it fades. Another common stratedgy is to have a solid colour background behind a centered image.
