As a lover of frag videos I feel kind of dirty to post links to them on YouTube because even "high quality" YouTube makes waste of the time the editor has spent making it have amazing visual quality while being compressed quite nicely. However YouTube does have the variety and the streaming.
NoobFlicks (AKA
http://www.noobflicks.com/ ) is another great site to watch streaming frag videos and tends to have better quality (In both visual compression and the quality of the actual videos content).
Own-Age (
http://www.own-age.com/ ) is another great site to find yourself some frag videos however it seems to be dying down in popularity and activity compared to several years back. Probably because tons of the movies were from Quake3 and over the years Quake3 is becoming less and less played.
Alright so sorry for all the blabbering. I'd say it's say to assume everyone here is a gamer and some of probably happen to play FPS or RTS (MMO's come with videos too, but they ridiculously boring to watch :P). So I would think everyone would enjoy seeing people that are good at games doing what they do best.
So here I'll start off with a little list of some frag high light videos on YouTube.
Team Fortress 2
Neglect by Xokks (Demoman frag highlights)

Auto-Aim by B||oodSire and Jh (Sniper Frag Video)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkZLJeQ1Nhc
^One of the best TF2 videos.
Meet the PROro!2 by B||oodSire (Pyro - Yes Pyro Frags)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndZoP4yctqA
^Simply amazing to watch.
Reptile - The Movie by Reptile (Soldier Frags)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6-z-W5lOoE&hd=1
^Probably the best soldier video to date.
Alright. I know it's a lot of videos, but they are all pretty good and probably deserve a watch even if you don't play TF2. Depending on the game I think videos can be enjoyed by anyone that games because the skill will be evident and impressive.
Anyways, sorry for the huge wall of text, hopefully someone enjoys the videos

If anyone here actually plays TF2 and wants my Steam I'll post it.
