That's retarded, it's just because of the shape of the paper. It's also clearly balancing on something. It could even be as simple as there's a breeze from a fan or something.. I have never seen something so retarded.

I hope you know if a fan was blowing on it, it would move a lot differently than it did. Probably wiggle side to side not it a clean motion as it is. I've already tried blowing on it, it doesn't work.

You're saying the buffeting of a fan would cause wobbling, I'm saying there's fans that accelerate air consistently rather than buffet it with blades, which could cause a steady enough stream to propel the paper. Case and point: I don't believe this is really either

 

If it were a fan, why doesn't the white one move in the 2nd video? Why does it stop suddenly when i put my hand closer? It's telekinesis.. The only way you can do it is if you change how you view the world. Lol

It explains how body heat can be used to move the needle.
The key factor in the paper's movement is heat, but OP is denying the use of body heat.

The only logical explanation is an external heat source. Judging by the conditions in the video, it's most likely coming from underneath the table.

Now first,

Of course the second one isn't moving. You disallowed its movement by slanting the needle and folding the paper up against the needle. That one was pretty easy.
But what I'm really interested in is the awkward position of your left arm in the first video. You don't seem to be too far away from your desk, but why is that left hand's wrist pointing downwards? Because right now, no matter how far or how near I am to my computer desk, my left forearm extends towards my body and not towards the floor if I want to sit in a comfortable position.

Is that really your arm, or do you have a buddy kneeling down on the floor turning the heat on and off?
