    I would suggest posting here - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=841592&page=9
Experts at dealing with paypal disputes may assist you.

To report the scammer on Sythe, make a thread here - http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=253

Unfortunately, I don't think theres anything you can do, PayPal generally grants more protection to the buyer, and most people that have had these disputes occur to them on Sythe often lose.

I'm sorry for your loss, but theres not much you can do. In future if you do decide to sell more RSGP, I would recommend you use 'PlayerAuctions', they charge a high fee but you 100% will recieve the money.

If this is one of your first disputes on Paypal on that account, try calling them up and explaining the situation to them.

There really isn't too much you can do about this. I myself got charged back $580 USD. I had full proof of the trade, me giving them the goods, them saying they authorize the payment with emails etc, but paypal just don't want to hear my side of the story because it's for virtual goods. I have called paypal, and was on the phone to them for close to 30 minutes, but they just disregarded my questions and said it was my fault for selling virtual goods. Possibly your best bet would be to go to the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which can be found here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Sorry I couldn't give you any definitive answers.

Yeah, you can't really do anything about it unless you have some terms of your paypal account.

They don't encourage virtual good sales and offer no real insurance against chargebacks dealing with these types of goods. I did say to call earlier as it is worth a shot in trying to persuade them onto your side of the story.

You really cant do much. As everyone above me stated, PayPal dont support virtual good transactions, unfortunately.

However, i suggest u report this certain individual who charged back under the Report a scammer section; here on Sythe - read the stickies and have sufficient proof.

Like what RSProd said, even with full proof of the trade starting and ending, paypal does not allow virtual goods as their term. At some points, I feel they are biased towards the buyer. Next time, if you ever want to do a huge gp sale like that, use Western Union as your method or sell it to someone with many vouches using paypal.

Please do not forget to mention who scammed you on sythe, therefore everyone can trade with caution. Make your spam report here http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=253, and follow the format (which is stickied).

To conclude, I don't think there is much you can do. If you have so much hatred, ddos or hack his interent. If I was you, I would fly over to where he lives and kick his ass. Sorry for showing my rough side, but yes. For a big loss $3,000 and 4B rsgp. WHOLY SMOKES! Sorry for your major loss. I feel you bro.
