    Guide to *Minimizing to tray*(WindowsXP - Win7)

Hey guys, welcome to my first guide.

I know P_anic had a thread that was similar to this recently, but I found his too lengthy for everyday use. (He's awesome)

    Here's my guide.

    Minimizing to tray

    Difficulty: 2/5

Why do you want to do this?
    -Clears up space
-Hides items quickly (Parents, bosses, etc)
-Allows you to utilize more space on your normal Windows Start bar.
-Minimize stuff before you sleep to protect from nosy intruders.

    Step One:
Have Windows operating system (WindowsXP - Win7) It works for all of these.

    Step two:
Download MiniXP here (It's a cnet download, feel free to google it) And save to wherever you would like to be able to run it from.

    Step Three:
Double click the MiniXP.exe that you downloaded.

    Step Four:

Now, open any browser or most other windowed applications
There should be a button (Like the one in the picture) next to your normal minimize. Click it to minimize whatever window you want to the system
    tray.

    Step Five:
To get the window back, go to your system tray (Bottom right of your windows bar) and Click (or double click) the mini-Icon of the program you want to restore.

Note - You can change Mini-xp's settings from it's mini-Icon in the tray.

Fairly basic guide though this could be useful for those who want less clutter on their task bar. Good use of pictures and neat layout :) Maybe a little detail on how this could be useful for us? :p

This is one sided though, does it apply for others versions of windows? As I personally don't see a windows XP theme?

The guide is good, useful for some people. Really good for XP and Vista users who have the long program name in each program "tab".

I find it a little difficult with the images width differences and being centered.
