When setting up a server, what do I do with uTorrent?

    When setting up a server, what do I do with uTorrent?
    I downloaded uTorrent 2.0 and changed the preferences and changed the port and such, however what do I do from here?

    I have my DUC No-Ip running. I got all the IP's set correctly in my source + client.


    A problem I have:
    When I do run.bat in my Source files, the cmd box says "Server is already in use"

    When setting up a server, what do I do with uTorrent?
    Start you server FIRST. (uTorrent must be completely closed)
    THEN start uTorrent.
