Are we allowed to sell email lists/numbers / database on Sythe?

I didn't see a part about this so far in the rules, but I haven't seen anyone else offering it, so I assumed I have to ask before.

I am talking about Runescape Related email lists which can be used for email marketing. (no card, country, age, etc related)

Similar to RS I can also procure other niches of email bundles.
