Does range bonus affect the Range Minigame at Range Guild?

Does the armor and range bonus affect if I hit the target accurately or not?

 

If you don' mind me adding to your thread; does the void ranger outfit affect accuracy too?

I would assume void works just the same with the accuracy bonus, but its probably not as good of a bonus as wearing d'hide.
