Requesting custom rank

The same as that, but please use the red phat in my official middleman rank in place of the Xbox signs. It needs to stay transparent, a .gif image, and stay the same 130x40 pixel size.

If you could do this for free, I'm already donating $300 to help the site, I'd love it.

**Note: I'm still waiting to hear back from Matthew on this. I may not be able to use it.
