Artist + Social Media Manager

Im looking for an artist to make some GFX for social media platforms. The platforms that are being used are facebook, twitter and instagram. I'm looking for the same person that makes the original graphics designs for the platforms to also make 1 graphic post per week (1) gfx design over all 3 platforms.

Looking to be priced for the original gfx for the 3 platforms as well as interested to see what price someone would offer to post 1 post a week on Monday it can be the same post across the 3 platforms as well.

Moreso looking for a jack of all trades when it comes to social media managing as well as gfx. Would be a huge plus if you have some video editing knowledge as well.
