I think he is currently hacked as I paid him 10m to get my account 55 Dungeoneering he only got it to 39 got me 1-9 Def and 11-12 pray when I said I didn't want it and won't refund either that or he just started scamming for no apparent reason.

 

He's scamming or has been hacked. Cleared out my bank. I'm out 30 bucks and a mil or to. Thank god this account wasn't a pure and had almost no cash to start with.
