Hey i ordered a pc on ebay today in a trusted shop, its just the tower unit heres what i got.

AMD PHENOM II X4 965 AM3 3.4GHZ
8 GB 8192MB DDR3 1333 BRANDED MEMORY

A 750 watt PSW
Tower
DVD writer
Motherboard
500 gig harddrive

It cost 460euros including postage, i am also buying a cheap graphics card.
What do you guys think of the value?

Also if you could guess how many RS bots it could run would be great

What GPU?
Depending on the GPU you could have gone with a cheaper PSU(550-600w)

Not too bad. Would have been cheaper to build yourself.

This. SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 6770 - 1 GB GDDR5 its only 82 euro, which is good as im not looking to buy a great one.
The PSU came with every computer in the shop.

I know, it was just ordering all the parts from a different country was the hassle since ireland is a rip-off, but i had about a 500 euro budget which got me everything i wanted.

That GPU will still play a lot of games on high-max settings at 1080p!
Obv not games like crysis 2, metro 2033 and stuff, but CODs, BC2, stuff like that.

Coulda went with a smaller PSU(650w) but overall it's a nice machine, botwise, I got no idea.

Not planning to download much apart from games off steam, also have a removable hard drive which i will use if needed

Always better to build that to buy..

I can't convert euro's to dollars in my head so I don't know the deal.
I wouldn't get an amd unless the whole shebang was under $500 USD.

It was just the stress of building one and the deals on ebay seemed pretty good
The Intel deals looked pretty bad compared to the AMD
If im lucky and it gets delivered today (or else its monday) i will post back

It didint get delivered today have to wait till monday.

intel's cost more because they're superior. Even the best AMD 8 core processor (AMD FX-8150) doesn't compare to a good number of the intel quad cores. You pay for what you get.
