The thread gets locked, I am very confused am I allowed to or not?

Our software section has been mainly used as a place to sell bots so a mod probably thought your post was in the wrong section for some reason.

I suggest posting here http://www.sythe.org/digital-currency-non-game-sales/ which is probably the best place for what you're offering.

I don't see any rules against it in any section, perhaps it was a misunderstanding?

Vb does not let you resell licensees but I doubt Richard would care.

I've seen people sell forums on here before, and I haven't heard anything that you can't sell them.
