Major Staff Changes
The staff is going to go through major changes. We can't have a bunch of inactive staff members who do nothing. Sythe, Matt, Ryan, and I have discussed this, and these are our decisions:
Demotions:
Nullware - Demoted
Cheeter - Demoted
x9 - Demoted
Viny - Demoted
Steph - Demoted 
Shawn_ - Demoted (Requested)
Promotions:
Matthew - Head Mod
Pen - Head Mod
Vision Ex - Global
Billyy - Game Dev Mod

I would have to say, I'm pretty sure Pen and Matthew getting Head Moderator status was pretty much a given. Although, I'm not sure about Ryan. Was he not a global moderator a week or so ago? o.O
