Launch of Community Support!
2nd April, 2011

In a drastic and extensive change, the ''User Education'' concept has been removed from the site. In its place, we bring you Community Support, a collection of forums in which Sythe.org users can seek assistance in a number of ways not only from other users but also Community Assistants, who will be available to answer questions, assist new users, and generally be available to help out.
Within the forum, we have a selection of sections: - Community Support Applications
Users can apply to become a member of the Community Support team here. - Community Submitted Guides
Guides on a wide range of topics made by the community can be posted here and are available to all. - Personal Support
Users that wish to seek personal support can do so here, be it support regarding their friendships, relationships, personal health, etc. We also allow users to anonymously solicit support here. - Technical Support/Help Requests
Allows the community to seek technical support and more here. - Sythe.org Questions and Answers
Section for users to help eachother out with Sythe.org issues and answer eachother's common queries. - Homework Help
Self-explanatory: a section where the community can help eachother with homework.

Re: Launch of Community Support!
Great idea. I love the initiative took to reinvent the UE, and this will more than likely increase the activity in there.

Re: Launch of Community Support!
I really like this idea. Saw the forum subsection today and it was blank, now I know what it is.
Good job Finn really turning the section around and making it more active.

Re: Launch of Community Support!
I like the sythe.org help section, even though it will most likely be filled with threads asking why Sythe isn't loading

Re: Launch of Community Support!
I like the idea of combining it into this hierarchy to help the community.

Re: Launch of Community Support!
Awesome! I'm really excited for this. Doesn't this mean HCS should have mod privileges now? It would make sense, seeing as we've had a Personal Support mod before.

Sounds good, but why does the rank image have a '?' in it? :|

Re: Launch of Community Support!
Fantastic! Hopefully this will filter out some of the threads incorrectly posted in the General Discussion forum (namely sythe related questions, technical help requests and general Q&A)

Awesome, great work! You never cease to amaze me, Finn. Hopefully, this will increase the activity.
Also, would FishFishy become a moderator now?

Really great change, was hoping for this to happen ever since I've started on this site.

Re: Launch of Community Support!
Extremely happy for this update. I've been working with Finn to help get this change, and am glad to see it finally implemented.
As for the questions about me becoming mod, no, the global mods will deal with spam and things such as that in the sections such as Personal Support.
Thank-you for this Finn!
