my paypal was limited because squealer scammed me. i called them and they said wait 45 days and if there isn't a dispute or some shit like that it will be refunded. i want my 80 dollars back that he STOLE from me. can anyone help?

Your best bet is to call PayPal, explain the situation and tell them you have proof the trade happened. Then hope they give you your money back. I wouldn't get my hopes up though, seeing PayPal do not support any virtual trades at all. If you have any money left in your PayPal account, you'll be able to withdraw it after 180 days through your bank account, unless you're able to fill the guidelines provided by PayPal which will unlimit you.

Yea.. It will most likely not happen.. Same thing happened to me, but I just ended up paying it. You're pretty much screwed man.

I don't understand, you paid for a account or something for $80? If you have proof, fax it to Paypal upon speaking to them on the phone, they'll review it and decide what to do but they sometimes ask for more identification like drivers licence and bills etc unless you've already provided them with it.

I don't really think this will work, they don't hold any responsibility or support for any sort of Virtual trade. It can't hurt, but just giving my two cents.
