Does anyone know of any like daily exercises or possibly natural supplements that enlarge your penis? Im about average size, but average is just not cutting it for me. Only post supplements if YOU HAVE PERSONALLY TRIED THEM AND THEY WORK. Any information is helpful.

EDIT: im sure many other people are interested in this topic too, and just choose not to post anything, so this information will be helping many people, more then just my self.

Masturbating, believe it or not. I used to rarely masturbate, but for the past few years I do it often and it's grown pretty dramatically. Maybe that's just me, as I don't tend to ask other guys if they masturbate to enlarge their penises.

Exercising brings it out more as it can be covered by fat and the real size hidden by that.

Make a perfect sign with your hand, like a O shape...
Then put that around your penis and squeeze pretty hard..
This will ( It sounds horrible but does NOT hurt. ) destroy the red blood cell ''Walls'' in your penis.. Then your body will naturally grow back bigger one's to hold more blood ( Larger penis ). I did this and in 2 weeks you will most certainly see the difference.

EDIT: and i have herd that if you wrap a warm towel around your penis, then do something similar to that, that it does destroy the cell wall and so it rebuilds bigger and stronger. but like if i do that every day for a month, will it have long term negative effects on my penis?

I'm not trolling. This thread is stupid. There is no "natural way" to make your penis larger. If there was, everyone would be making their penis larger. Going off of what Shoopadoop said, any attempts at damaging/altering your penis will not make your penis bigger and it's stupid to think it would. No, your "cell wall" does not build back bigger. There's a term in psychology for something similar to this called the placebo effect. You think you're bigger, but you're not. In addition, losing fat will not increase your penis size, it simply reveals what was already there. Similarly, working your abdonimals may even be counterproductive as your muscles will tense up and may retract your penis into your body. Of course, everything I've said can be argued, but there's more scientific 'facts' backing up my argument then the other posters here. Aside from surgery, there is not natural way to noticeably enlarge your penis. If you're unhappy with your penis, go get castrated.

Believe it or not sex can enlarge your penis plus it depends on how turned on you are. For example, if you're watching porn and your attracted to this video more then the other videos then your penis will enlarge bigger then usual do to the fact that your body will get hot and open up more blood flow to your penis then therefore enlarge.

I remember reading on a site that penis stretches could do you some difference. But you gotta be consistent.

Im 95% sure your wrong, because i KNOW there are some natural exercises that you can do daily that will make your penis bigger, but it takes Constancy and dedication, and the result might not be drastic but it would be noticeable.

I've always wondered if you could work your penis out... It's a muscle and lifting weights builds muscle. So would that work?

I have not clue if this works or not. Just something I have thought about before.

Your penis isn't a muscle, it's tissue that gets filled with blood as your get more erect.

Actually in India they used to increase penis size by having a hole in their bed and when they slept they attached a weight to it and it would stretch it. No idea of the actuality of it, just remember reading an article or seeing a NatGeo show on it.

Interesting, i dont see why it wouldn't work. too bad i have a temper pedic and am not putting a hole in that. Cant imagine it would be comfortable to sleep

The only method of natural enlargement that I know of is called "jelqing."

I am a little skeptical, although I am sure with dedication and alot of work you could enlarge your penis just a tiny bit. I honestly would not rely on any methods to enlarge your penis though because 99% of methods out there are scams or could injure your penis (such as the silly suggestions above) - any sort of pill or magical medicine you take WILL NOT WORK either.

You are much better off just trying to find a way to become comfortable and accepting of your penis size, and realize that it doesn't matter nearly as much as everybody thinks it does. I used to worry alot about mine as well when I was younger, until I started having sex and realized that nobody really cares all that much.
