Is anyone actually using this or?

I see multiple mods/admins but no1s on live help..

True, wasn't considering that mods/admins have lives apart from sythe, and may be on their phones.

I agree, when I joined it was online alot, now I barely see it online. Maybe for 1-3 hours every day and im online like 16 hours a day.

The fist 3 or 4 days can't be counted in any sort of long term gauge of activity because everyone was on saying "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS". There has been a couple peaks and a couple valleys. Last time I looked the average amount of usage was trending upwards slowly.

ive actually used this. Its sorta usefull. I figure with all the mod logs it must be hard

i have had great success using the live help when you get a mod who is not to busy posting in the spam forum to answer your inquires but the live help when there is a mod on was a great idea and i believe it is helpful to the community its alot more successful than trying to pm a mod

this is exactly why I suggested it, unfortunately most staff don't share my enthusiasm.

Maybe in the future more staff will have more free time to use it. I loved it back in December when you literally solved all my problems haha.

it all depends on which staff member is on the live chat Mohasta has been the most helpful to me in the live chat i will not post the other mods name here who "didn't share Karls enthusiasm" but all in all it has been an A+ add to the community and hopefully in the future everyone will be more enthusiastic about it but Mohasta gets A++
