Idea: An edit that outlines how the system works, if only one OGV review it or if it is reviewed by the committee. We know these members are trusted and knowledgeable but it would be useful knowledge on how the system ticks on the inside. So people aren't asking like an hour after they submit their guide if it is verified or not.
Also include things that the OGVs look for in a good guide so that when these are in the process of being written the writers can make sure they are correct. This would be time saving because if a guide is denied on let's say layout a quick look at that sticky would have prevented poor formatting. (Possibly even a formatting tutorial, because bad formatting can make a guide unpalatable to a reader.)
I am just trying to think of things to save the time/effort/nerves of the OGVs.
Your ideas are welcome, and if I should have PMed this to Karl I am sorry - I wasn't sure to or not.
Thanks,
Nero
