Lightbulb Music forum

So I have noticed that the music section is rather dead compared to other forums. To me, this doesn't make much sense because everyone listens to some type of music so it has to be with the way its setup.

When you click the Music Forum it takes you to a empty page where you have to click AGAIN to reach the forum. I think that it would boost the traffic in the forum if the Music General was moved to the threads in music forum rather then as a sub forum.

Please let me know what you think , thanks.

It's structured like that to keep it clean and user-friendly to navigate..

Implementing your suggesting would definitely not make any difference and this suggestion is definitely not realistic, in being that it's a pointless suggestion.

Considering the section/sub-sections are also generally more active then you say they are, this suggestion was definitely not worth suggesting.

No support.

Someone had a bad day .

The Music General has 35,000 posts while the two subsections have 8,000 posts together. The Music General is 4 and 1/2 times bigger then the two subforums. It should be treated like a forum, in proportion to how more active it is then the others, and NOT a sub forum.

How is it not realistic? You make the Music General sub forum a forum in the Music forum and keep the two other forums as sub forum.

Who's had a bad day?

Anyway considering the Music section is purposely split into those sub-section, as Karl stated it would not make any major or minor difference if you were to simple move the General sub-section into the Music section.

Therefore by treating this as an unrealistic suggestion, I'm meaning it is stupid.

I just checked it out. I do support it.

One general that contains the three sub-sections, being the case where Clip & Videos and Your music & lyrics are not that active, would just make it faster and remove unnecessary structure.

I suppose it would be better to be directed straight to General, with the other 2 as sub-sections. Support, although it's only 1 click.
