Report an Ad idea? if you see any ads that you think either break the rules or a scam ad e.g. Links to another website other then advertised

They check them first...
Otherwise there would be a tone of phisher ads.

What ads are you referring to?

If it's advertisements posted by other users, it is not permitted and against the rules, therefore simply report them, yes.

If it's the paid advertisement banners then no.

Otherwise this is definitely not even a legitimate suggestion.

If someone is posting an advertisement to another website, report the post (you can report a post by clicking the yellow triangle in the top-right corner of every post). Most of the time it's not really against the rules to bring up another website, but it never hurts to bring it to our attention.

Or like an add to another site..

How about if someone's promoting their YT channel, or maybe just a VPS site, or something like that?

As stated by KeroKeroCola, it really depends on the advertised link(s) whether its in a post or in a signature.

However as already suggested by himself, simply report the user to make the staff aware of this advertisement(s).
