Default Ip Scan Spammers.
I've noticed that some sections have a lot of posts from one person, which is obviously someone trying to raise their post count quickly. I believe if you IP scanned people who spam, e.g. "lol nice acc" etc. Then you might catch ban evaders. Doesn't that make sense ?

Thoughts ?

I'm sure this is already a common exercise to some, viable degree. If a member is blatantly posting without any substance they're bound to be checked and/or infracted accordingly.
