-Plagiarized guide
-Leaked guide (check youtube, google)
-Request IP check on seller from mod
-Check accuracy of M/hr or $/week
-Is the Guide on the forbidden list (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=956919)

Also, put the forbidden list as a sticky in the RS forums
No matter what happens, bringing back that sticky is essential.
