He's talking about the GPF or General Protection Fault error which is caused by missing or corrupted files.

Update video card drivers
Update Net Framework to 3.5
Download and install PhysX drivers from nVidia: http://devlop.noa.lv/etc/physxcudart_20.rar

True I could but charging $10.00 isn't much I am even willing to downgrade it to $5.00 soo purchase

That's not amazingly hard to fix, with some smart Googling you can fix it yourself. =]

I did, only took me like 10 minutes to fix, then I went on to pew pew everything in Borderlands.

Save yourself the money, don't be lazy, and utilize Google~
