Hello, Im a boxer. I like too spar EVERY wednesday.
But, as of right now I have stiches in my mouth.(from Wisdom teeth removel.)
I got it last thursday and, they said it shall desolve soon.
Is it safe too spar wednessday?

just feel around with your tongue where the stitches were and see if its closed up, aslo don;t just take my advice if theres a trainer at your gym check with him or if you spar at home or no trainer call up your dentist and tell hi/her whats up
