Well I am going to gym for about 1 year and 3 months, Before that I was weak as hell, it was pretty awkward to go to the beach and take of shirt. Now I want to go to beach and summer to lmoa.
So I benched 187 lb aka 85 kg two weeks ago. And I weight now 80kg.
How much can you bench.
Please speak only the truth!

I Play football and do fitness, i train 13 times a week in the summer season.

Im 1,87 m big, i weight 91 kg and Bench press 105Kg.

I lift around 3-5 times a week. I take some supplements on and off. Pro-Hormone, PCT, ECT. I'm 17 and I'm 6'0 225 LBS. I maxed out at 375 on Friday. I do sets using 315 for 5-7 reps. And I can do 225 for 26.

My max is around 230 and for reps I just do 160.

I'm not too sure Tbh... I could maybe do 10 reps of 80. Not sure as of what i could max.

weight 190 put up 335

Not much...

I can do more pull ups than most though xD.

I bench 245 and weigh 157lbs atm kinda at a plateu for a few months though

i was benching 80kg before i stopped and i was around 72kg

i max around 230

i weigh around 180lbs id be nice if i can bench my own weight atleast but i probably bench 150
